You must be 21 years of age or older to create a php22 account. One account per person. Providing false information, including false age declarations, is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and USDT TRC20 are processed according to the stated minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. php22 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
All bonuses offered by php22 are subject to wagering requirements as specified on the promotions page at the time of the offer. php22 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
php22 employs automated fraud detection systems. Any use of software bots, collusion, arbitrage strategies across multiple accounts, or other forms of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. php22's decision on fair-play violations is final.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and php22 ("php22," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at php22.org and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

php22 operates under a licence granted by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. php22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by php22 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.
Each Player may hold only one active Account on the php22 platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under the same or different details — constitute a material breach of these Terms. php22 will close all duplicate accounts and may, at its sole discretion, void all bets placed and forfeit any balance in such accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
You agree not to allow any other person to access or use your Account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php22 login credentials. php22 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account security settings. You agree to notify php22 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
php22 will never ask for your GCash PIN, Maya password, or full bank account credentials through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from php22 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
php22 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless the Player is making a USDT crypto deposit, in which case the peso equivalent at the time of crediting applies.
Minimum deposit amounts are as follows: ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank transfer; equivalent amounts apply for cryptocurrency deposits. Maximum deposit limits are set per method and may be adjusted based on Account tier and verification status.
php22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be returned to the originating account and the Player's Account may be suspended pending investigation.
php22 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI) may apply their own transaction charges. php22 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have completed KYC verification. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., SSS card, PhilSys, driver's licence, or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposit.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 banking day. USDT withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours depending on network congestion.
php22 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request additional documentation under Anti-Money Laundering obligations (Republic Act 9160, as amended). Processing may be delayed for up to 5 banking days in cases requiring enhanced review.
Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus from which they were generated. Withdrawal requests submitted before applicable wagering requirements are met will be declined and the bonus funds will be voided.
php22 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and refer-a-friend incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the promotional terms and these Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.
Bonuses are issued to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through any means constitutes bonus abuse. php22's determination of bonus abuse is final and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
php22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotional offer at any time without notice. Ongoing wagering requirements are not affected by subsequent changes to a promotion's terms after the bonus has been accepted by a Player.
All bets placed on php22 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (casino, live dealer, sports betting, bingo, etc.) as displayed within the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules and these Terms, the product-specific game rules prevail.
php22 reserves the right to void bets in the event of: manifest error (e.g., obviously incorrect odds or payout multipliers); technical malfunction affecting game integrity; or events of force majeure. In such cases, all staked funds will be returned to the Player's Account and no winnings will be payable on the affected rounds.
Maximum payout limits apply to specific games and are displayed within each game's rules section. php22 will not be liable to pay any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php22 platform:
php22 reserves the right to investigate and report suspected prohibited activity to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other competent authorities.
All content on the php22 Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, video streams, and databases — is the property of php22 or its licensed providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of php22.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php22's total liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
php22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if php22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
php22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failures outside php22's reasonable control.

php22 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for compliance with applicable law or PAGCOR direction. Upon termination for cause, php22 may forfeit any balance in the Account. Upon termination not for cause, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting php22 customer support. Closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules and proceeds credited accordingly.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to php22 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines or, where applicable, to arbitration under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
php22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address or via a notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
